Damaged products are not returnable for refund or exchange, however we offer samples for your evaluation and experimentation (glues, adhesives).
We are glad to replace products that are received defective if reported within 2 weeks of arrival, with pictures provided. Products that are damaged by the customer are not returnable.
We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging material to make sure the product can be sent back to us unbroken, with minimal expense. Customer is responsible for carefully packing and shipping it back to us. Full insurance through FedEx or UPS is recommended (they cover up to $100 without additional expense). When issuing a refund, we refund the product cost but not shipping cost or duties/taxes (if international) of the product.
Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned products.
