Zoom Teleprompter
[In Stock]
A Zoom Teleprompter is used for maintaining direct eye contact in Zoom while reading your notes. This is easy to do with the included teleprompter software, which displays notes off a laptop, tablet, or monitor onto the transparent beamsplitter mirror. The Zoom Teleprompter can also be used for recording through the glass with flawless clarity. When recording, simply position a phone behind it, attach the black shroud, and your Zoom Teleprompter doubles as a professional recording studio.
Here’s how it works:
Your notes are displayed on your laptop or tablet and sit on the tray. Your phone (or additional tablet) mounts vertically behind the glass on a separate stand. The phone provides a display and webcam so you can maintain eye contact with your meeting. The notes appear only to you and are invisible to everyone else.
What’s the point of a Zoom Teleprompter?
Zoom meetings can waste of ton of time. By outlining what you’re going to say in advance, you can streamline your meetings and deliver accurate, detailed information. Bonus: you can also look directly at your team instead of your notes, just like a real conversation.
You can also plan out your jokes in advance.
Software Options
You can use your favorite software for notes such as word documents and PowerPoint slides. Check out our guide to mirror flipping PowerPoint slides.
How to control your notes:
To control your notes, you can use a mouse, keyboard, presentation remote, or voice activated scrolling.
Why use a cell phone and not a webcam or DSLR?
By using a cell phone behind the glass, your team (or audience) can see you looking at them instead of being distracted by your notes. You’re keeping the lens close to where your attention is focused.
